  • How do I book a photography session?

    • Booking a session is easy! You can contact us directly at +1 (860) 212-4254 or send an email to dferrari1968@gmail.com with your preferred dates, type of photography service required, and any specific details or requests. We'll get back to you with availability and next steps.
  • What photography services do you offer?

    • We offer a wide range of photography services, including family portraits, headshots, product photography, event photography, food and beverage photography, sports photography, and commercial photography. If you have a specific requirement not listed here, feel free to discuss it with us.
  • Where is your photography studio located?

    • Our studio is located at 61 Arrow Road Suite 204, Wethersfield, Connecticut 06109, United States. We also offer on-location photography services for events, commercial shoots, and more.
  • What are your hours of operation?

    • Our studio operates from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Do you offer weekend photography sessions?

    • Yes, we offer photography sessions on weekends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Due to high demand, we recommend booking weekend sessions well in advance.
  • How far in advance should I book my session?

    • We recommend booking your session at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend or holiday dates. For event photography, the sooner you can book, the better, as dates fill up quickly.
  • Can I reschedule my photography session?

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date based on our availability.
  • What should I wear for my photography session?

    • Wear something that reflects your style and the purpose of the shoot. For family portraits and headshots, solid colors and simple patterns usually work best. We'll discuss attire in more detail during your consultation.
  • How long does a photography session last?

    • The duration of a session can vary depending on the type of photography. Typically, sessions last between 1-2 hours. Event photography and commercial shoots may vary based on the project scope.

  • When will I receive my photos?

    • Delivery times can vary depending on the type of shoot and our current workload. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-4 weeks after your session. We'll give you a more specific timeline during your booking.
  • Do you provide digital files or prints?

    We provide both digital files and the option to order high-quality prints. During your consultation, we'll discuss the delivery formats that best suit your needs.
